Far Ago Hill Canyonleigh Reserve Pinot Gris is produced by Katrina Hill, (a Sydney based interior designer and colour consultant) in her boutique vineyard located at Canyonleigh, NSW. The varietal seasons of the region have produced exceptional grapes for a truly elegant, balanced & delicious wine that has been rated 94 points form James Halliday and become a regular on good wine lists around Australia since 2009.
It is served in high calibre venues such as Aria, Rockpool, The Boathouse at Blackwattle Bay, Seans Panorama, The Four-in-Hand, City Tattersalls, Bentley Bar, Bambini Trust, Cottage Point Inn, Danks Street Depot, Cotton Duck, Neild Avenue, The Australian Golf Club as well as part of the Neil Perry menus in Qantas Domestic business lounges.
After the success of the Pinot Gris, Katrina has added Shiraz and Syrosa to her every growing portfolio. With no cellar door, being able to host an annual lunch at this breathtaking property is a real honour.
