Highland Harvest Feasts proudly welcomes back the legendary Feast of the Beast on Tuesday 22 June 2027, rekindling one of the Southern Highlands’ most iconic winter dining experiences. Celebrating the Winter Solstice, this unforgettable evening invites guests to gather around roaring fires beneath the stars for a feast that honours the region’s rich farming heritage, exceptional local produce and the timeless tradition of cooking over flame.

Hidden in a spectacular natural setting (you find out where the day before), Feast of the Beast is far more than dinner. It’s an immersive celebration of fire, folklore and community, where long shared tables bring strangers together as friends. Expect whole animals slow-roasted over open coals, seasonal produce prepared with rustic flair, local wines, craft beers, mulled wine and soulful entertainment that captures the spirit of a Highlands winter.

Drawing inspiration from ancient solstice celebrations and the changing of the seasons, the evening combines culinary theatre with storytelling, music and the warmth of shared hospitality. Guests are encouraged to embrace the occasion with winter-inspired attire, adding to the atmosphere of this truly unique gathering.
